I made this page to practice making a subtitles file. I used this specfic video because it did not have english captions yet. Most of the translations on YouTube come from the community, through community captions. YouTube removed community captions last year, and many newer videos since then don't have captions because the creator either doesn't have the time, language ability, or technical ability to make their own captions. These translations here were posted in the comment section; I used these translations to create these subtitles.
